Don’t make the situation about yourself; it’s much bigger than your sentiment and pride. Choose to be humble or move out of the way and let others focus on what needs to be done.

Always keep your intentions pure. Don’t let greed and hunger corrupt your motives. When partners and allies put their faith in you, make sure it is justified. Don’t disappoint them by being ambiguous or having some other agenda in the back of your head.
